The owners, couple Celeste Camano and Marc Cusumano, beautifully decorated the space with vibrant colors and gold accents for your next yoga session. Bonus: the Hoboken studio validates parking. Show the front desk your parking slip and Asana Soul will add $4 to your account to use towards classes.
Harmony Pilates | 720 Monroe Street

Paid parking is located in the 7 Seventy House building garage on Harrison Street. Directly in front of the parking garage, you’ll find Harmony Pilates in the Monroe Center. This fully-equipped pilates studio in Hoboken has been operating since 1999 offering instruction on Cadillac, reformer, Wunda chair, and more.

Jane Do | 720 Monroe Street, Hoboken

Jane Do is a local favorite with paid parking also located in the 7 Seventy House building garage (directly next to the studio). We recommend Jane Do’s Tramp Stamp class. Not only because of the name, but it is a low-impact, 50-minute cardio class where attendees use mini trampolines to make moves and for sculpting, lifting, and toning.

For those looking for a state-of-the-art fitness facility, look no further than Base located in downtown Jersey City. With a membership, patrons will receive free two-hour parking located above the gym. The membership also includes access to everything you need fitness-wise from yoga, spin, and barre classes, to a spa, personal training, a luxe juice bar, sauna, and more.
PlanetFitness | 321 Route 440

This national chain is coming soon just off of Route 440 next to the NJCU baseball fields and campuses, K Mart, ACME, Home Depot, and food chains like Wendy’s. The location straddles the Jersey City/Bayonne border, making it easy for Bayonne residents to access it as well. Once Jersey City’s first Planet Fitness location opens it will have a parking lot for all gym-goers.
RetroFitness | 701 Rt 440

Located in the Hudson Mall, the gym has a good amount of cardio machines and plenty of weight machines, plus is very bright and spacious. This Retro Fitness location, one of two in Jersey City, offers parking for those coming to the gym. Hours are 5AM – 11PM Monday through Thursdays, 5AM – 10PM on Fridays, and 7AM – 6PM on Saturdays and Sundays.

RetroFitness | 2 Garfield Avenue
This Retro Fitness is what we call: convenient. Located in the Twin City Shopping Center, this gym provides convenient parking and some good post-workout food choices within walking distance. This Retro location is open from 5AM – 10PM on Mondays through Fridays, and 7AM to 5PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
World Boxing Gym | 29 Division Street

The WBG is a down-to-earth neighborhood facility that offers all the conveniences of a modern-day fitness center alongside a boxing gym set-up. Stop by this JC gem if you’re looking for a group boxing class, or even just looking for a good yoga session. Don’t worry about parking your car, there is free parking once you arrive.
