Hagerstown Arts and Entertainment District plan gets approval

Above is a map showing the current Arts and Entertainment District in downtown Hagerstown and the proposed expansion of the zone.  The planned expansion shows an arm reaching to the north and taking in the planned site of the Doleman Black Heritage Museum on Pennsylvania Avenue.  An arm reaching to the south includes the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts and the southern leg of the Hagerstown Cultural Trail.
